Cinven has acquired CPA Global, a Channel Islands-based provider of IP management services and software, from shareholders that include Intermediate Capital Group. No financial terms were

H.I.G. Capital has agreed to acquire Comverge Inc. (Nasdaq: COMV), a provider of energy management solutions, for approximately $49 million. The $1.75 per share offer represents an 18% premium over Comverge’s average closing price for the past 30 days. H.I.G. Capital also will provide Comverge with $12 million in debt financing, which is not contingent on the acquisition closing.

Merit Capital Partners has sponsored a recapitalization of Glunt Industries Inc., a Warren, Ohio-based remanufacturer and service provider of equipment to industry leading steel and aluminum mills in North America. No financial terms were disclosed for the deal, which closed last December and was done in partnership with company management.

National Spine & Pain Centers, a portfolio company of Sentinel Capital Partners, has acquired Capitol Spine & Pain Centers, a provider of non-surgical spinal pain relief services in the Mid-Atlantic region. No financial terms were disclosed.

Rock Hill Capital Group has acquired a majority stake in Diversified Well Logging LLC, a Reserve, La.-based provider of mud logging services, equipment and personnel to the onshore and offshore oil and gas exploration and production industry. No pricing terms were disclosed. Encore Bank and affiliates of Deerpath Capital provided debt financing.

RCS Management Corp., a portfolio company of The Riverside Company, has acquired Specialized Medical Services Inc., a Milwaukee-based provider of respiratory equipment, oxygen and related products to nursing homes and hospices. No financial terms were disclosed.

, a portfolio company of Francisco Partners, has made two acquisitions: Clinical CodingSolutions, a provider of compliance software for healthcare systems and hospital charge management; and Practice Management Associates, a provider of financial performance software for emergency department operators. No financial terms of either deal were disclosed.

Wowza Media Systems, an Evergreen, Colo.-based media server software company, has raised an undisclosed amount of minority equity funding from Summit

1082Access Intelligence, a portfolio company of Veronis Suhler Stevenson, has acquired LeadsCon, a provider of content and conferences for the online lead generation market. No financial terms were disclosed.
