Bustly, a Los Angeles–based ad management platform for mobile application developers, has acquiredTestFlight, a provider of beta distribution solutions for iOS developers. No financial terms were disclosed for the deal, which was first reported by PandoDaily. Burstly has raised just over $7 million from GRP Partners, Rincon Venture Partners and SoftBank Capital.

Citizen Watch Co. of Japan has acquired Swiss watchmaker Prothor Holdings SA for approximately $70 million.

El Paso Corp. (NYSE: EP) has delayed the meeting in which shareholders will vote on the company’s proposed $21 billion takeover by Kinder Morgan (NYSE: KMP). El Paso said the meeting will be held this Friday, instead of today, so that shareholders can have more time to consider a Delaware court ruling that criticized El Paso CEO Douglas Foshee and El Paso advisor Goldman Sachs.

Monster Worldwide has hired BoA Merrill Lynch and Stone Key Partners to explore “strategic alternatives.” The company’s shares rose around 10% in aftermarket trading, to a market cap of over $960 million.

Barclays PLC’s pension fund has hired Cogent Partners to help it sell around £350 million of private equity assets, according to Bloomberg. has acquired social television startup, according to TechCrunch. No financial terms were disclosed.

Varian Medical Systems Inc. (NYSE: VAR) has agreed to acquire InfiMed Inc., a Liverpool, N.Y.-based provider of hardware and software for processing diagnostic X-ray images. The deal is valued at approximately $15 million, plus earn-outs.

AAC Capital Partners has sold Amtico International, a Coventry, England–based maker of vinyl flooring products, to Mannington Mills. No financial terms were disclosed.

 (AIM: ABC) has agreed to acquire Epitomics International Inc., a Burlingame, Calif.-based developer of monoclonal antibody technology, for $155 million. Epitomics backers include Amkey Ventures, Kenson Ventures, Pac-Link Management and Sycamore Ventures.

IHS Inc. (NYSE: HIS) has acquired the computer-assisted product selection (CAPS) database and software business of PartMiner Inc. No financial terms were disclosed. Mooreland Partners advised the seller. PartMiner shareholders include W Capital Partners, Seacoast Capital and Reed Elsevier Ventures.

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. has completed its sale of 12.7 million shares in French electrical equipment maker Legrand (Paris: LR) for around €343 million. KKR retains around a 1% stake in Legrand, which it acquired nine years ago alongside other private equity firms.
