Citigroup plans to sell its 9.9% stake in listed Indian mortgage lender Housing Development Finance Corp. for up to $2.1 billion, according to Reuters.

Liberty Global is considering a bid for Dutch cable television provider Ziggo, which could be valued at upwards of €8 billion, according to a Dutch newspaper report.

Aegis Group (AEGS.L) has agreed to acquire Roundarch Inc., a Chicago-based digital agency for £79 million in cash.

The Carlyle Group is expected to sell approximately half of its position in Brazilian health insurance provider Qualicorp, according to a Brazilian newspaper report. The deal could be worth approximately $500 million.

F5 Networks Inc. (Nasdaq: FFIV) has completed its previously-announced acquisition of Traffix Systems, a Freehold Township, N.J.-based provider of signaling technology for 4G networks. No financial terms were disclosed. Traffix had raised VC funding from Bessemer Venture Partners.

Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) has acquired Mykonos Software Inc., a San Francisco-based provider of web security software, for approximately $80 million in cash. Mykonos recently raised $4 million in Series A funding from backers like Tom Golisano (Paychex), Jeff Clarke (Orbitz) and Mike Jones (Federated Clover Investment Advisors).
