SK Capital Partners has formed IBA Molecular Imaging, via a purchase of the radiopharmaceutical division of Ion Beam Applications SA. The deal is valued at approximately €180 million.

Pet Supplies Plus, a pet supplies retailer owned by Irving Place Capital, has acquired its largest franchisee, which operates 12 stores in Northeast Pennsylvania. No financial terms were disclosed.

The Carlyle Group and SAIC (NYSE: SAI) have agreed to finance construction of the $225 million Plainfield Renewable Energy (PRE) biomass project, which is owned by Enova Energy Group and located in Connecticut.

Resilience Capital Partners has acquired Weaber Inc., a Lebanon, Penn.-based hardwood lumber producer with more than 300 employees. No financial terms were disclosed.

Baring Private Equity Asia has invested around $48 million into Ambow Education Holding Ltd. (NYSE: AMBO), a provider of educational and career enhancement services in China, through a PIPE transaction.
