Exxon Mobil is considering a bid for Kurdistan-focused Gulf Keystone Petroleum (LSE: GKP) at an enterprise value of around £7 billion, according to The Independent.

Crown Castle International Corp. (NYSE: CCI) has agreed to acquire NextG Networks Inc., a Milpitas, Calif.–based provider of outdoor distributed antenna systems. The deal is valued at approximately $1 billion in cash. Current NextG shareholders include Madison Dearborn Capital Partners, Meritech Capital Partners, Abbott Capital Management, Accel Partners, Bridgescale Partners, Bay Harbour Management, New Venture Partners, Oak Investment Partners and Redpoint Ventures. www.nextg.com

Vistaprint (Nasdaq: VRPT) has agreed to acquire Webs, a Silver Springs, Md.-based provider of do-it-yourself website design solutions. The deal is valued at $117.5 million, including $100 million in cash. Webs has raised around $23 million in VC funding from Columbia Capital and Novak Biddle Venture Partners. www.vistaprint.com

Lockerz, a Seattle-based social shopping service, has acquired online luxury hotel booking company Off& Away. No financial terms were disclosed. Lockerz has raised over $30 million in VC funding from firms like Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Liberty Media Corp. and Live Nation Entertainment.www.lockerz.com
