Earlier this week we discussed Startup America, an Obama Administration-directed initiative to help increase capital availability for entrepreneurs and foster collaborations amount private entrepreneurship mentoring and incubation groups.

Today, White House economic adviser Austan Goolsbee took to his trusty white-board to explain the program. Not much new here, but I'm a sucker for official videos that are supposed to look low-rent...
